How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart.
Select your shipping destination (WM/EM).
DM us on Instagram a screenshot of your cart with the item list in it.
We'll send you our Duitnow/ TNG QR for payment.

Who are Furlala Frens?

All customers online and offline, and basically everyone who follows us on our art journey, are our Furlala Frens!

What are the payment options?

For online orders, we only accept payment via Duitnow, TNG, and online banking transfers. Reach out to us via Instagram for more info.

Do you bubble wrap all orders?

To ensure no damage is done, we pack all items in bubble mailers or bubble wrapped boxes for maximum safety.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

After processing your order, delivery will normally take:

3 to 5 days (West Malaysia)
7 to 10 days (East Malaysia)

Oh, no! My item is damaged. Can I get a refund?

We're sorry, all goods sold are not returnable and all payments made are not refundable. In the events of any damage found on your parcels, please contact us to see how we can help.
